FILING A CLAIM FOR MEMBERS

In the event that you need to file a claim, you can contact the American Administrative Group at 1-800-525-8056 or see the attached link to the claim form. Death claims are usually paid within 4-6 weeks from receipt by American Administrative Group of the claim information.
